How to apply your set?

Application is quick and incredibly easy! Visit the “How to Apply & Care” section to learn step by step about the different methods of applying Press-On Nails and how you can do it yourself at home in just 15–20 minutes, without the need to visit a salon.

Which nail art/design variant does my set belong to?

Contact me via email with details of how you would like your set to look, and send photos of similar designs. I will do my best to answer your questions and help clear up any doubts.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Your nail set is reusable, and its lifespan depends on how well you care for it. Check out our care guide in the “How to Apply & Care” section, where we explain how to apply, remove, and protect your nails so you can enjoy them for as long as possible!

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed within up to 3 weeks from the date payment is received. If you have any questions regarding the estimated completion time, please contact me via email and include your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 business days of placing the order. Since our products are handmade and custom-made for each customer, cancellation after this period is not possible.

You can order a new nail. Don’t forget to provide all the necessary details so we can recreate your nail. The price of making a replacement nail is fully individual, so the final quote will be given after reviewing the information sent via email.

One of my nails broke! What should I do?

Services are carried out on an individual customer order, in accordance with the customer’s specifications. Under Article 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract if the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, made according to the customer’s specifications or intended to meet their individual needs. Therefore, returns are not accepted.

All you need is 15–20 minutes of free time and a little space anywhere in the world.
